Description:
The Oak Bluffs Southern Woodlands District was designated to permit the Town to evaluate the potential impacts of a proposed development for the purposes of creating stewardship that makes careful use of the resources of the District in order to provide opportunities for appropriate development while maintaining water quality, prevention of pollution, promotion of habitat and maintaining and enhancing recreational and other uses of the District.
