Oak Bluffs Overlay Zoning Map

The town of Oak Bluffs has several Overlay Zoning Districts. These districts have particular development regulations associated with them. See the town's zoning by-laws for specific details. The map is for planning purposes only and not for regulatory interpretation. The verbal delineation of the district's boundaries in the by-law take precedence over the visual map depiction. All boundaries were cross-checked with the by-law in May of 2019. In May 2019 the Water Protection Overlay District displayed on this map was updated to the boundary that was adopted at Town Meeting in 2006. The previous version of this overlay zoning map inadvertently showed the original Water Resource Protection District as it was adopted in 1986.
