Edgartown Vineyard Haven Road - Options for Discussion December 2014

Outline of design options for the Edgartown Vineyard Haven Road presented at a public meeting on December 3, 2014. The Edgartown Board of Selectmen selected a combination of B and E, with 11' travel lanes and 2' shoulders, with work to start in section e, between the Oak Bluffs / Edgartown Town Line and the eastern limit of Felix Neck Sanctuary. Subsequently, the Martha's Vineyard Joint Transportation Committee recommended that the first two years of TIP funding in FFY2015 and 2016 be used for relocation of drainage structures. This will give the Martha's Vineyard community more time to discuss road design options.
