JTC Proposed Bylaw Changes

The main proposed changes are making representatives of the MVC and VTA voting members on the JTC. The members would be staff, namely the MVC Executive Director and the VTA's Administrator or their appointees. The JTC is an advisory committee to the Martha's Vineyard Committee of Signatories, of which the MVC and VTA's board chairmen are members along with two representatives from the Commonwealth.
