Proposed Shorefront Improvements: installation of two piers/ramps/floating dock systems, and two finger floats adjacent to the existing boat ramps; zone of float reconfiguration; offshore pile installation; re-dredging in a previously dredged area. Proposed Upland Improvements: removal of two existing warehouse buildings; re-grading; construction of a smaller warehouse (within footprint of the removed buildings and existing parking area); formalize parking.
