Martha's Vineyard Commission Land Use Planning Committee Meeting Date: June 1, 2015 @ 5:30 p.m. Place: MVC Offices Stone Building, 33 New York Avenue, Oak Bluffs, MA AGENDA 1. Project – Cape Cod Five Building DRI No. 631-M2 Proposal: The proposal is to demolish both existing buildings at 412 State Road and build a single one-story 1,590 sf bank building with a two-lane drive-through Location: 412 State Road, Tisbury Map 22-A Lot 9 (1.01 acres) Purpose: To review the project, discuss possible conditions and decide whether or not to make a recommendation to the full Commission to deny, approve, or approve with conditions. 2. Project – Island Source Airport Storage DRI No. 652 Proposal: To construct a 20,625 sf one-story storage facility with 152 units of various sizes. The property currently has a 6,000 sf industrial building that houses Island Source bottled water and several catering kitchens. Location: 10 North Line Road, Edgartown Map 24 Lot 2.29 (1.8 acres) Purpose: To review the project and the proposed scope of the traffic study, schedule a site visit, and discuss when the project will be prepared for a public hearing. 3. Project – Dias High Point Lane DRI No. 653 Proposal: To construct a 5700 sf. metal building for wholesale lumber storage, an office, and an apartment. Location: High Point Lane, Tisbury Map 22-A Lot 13.11 Purpose: To review the project and the proposed scope of the traffic study, schedule a site visit, and discuss when the project will be prepared for a public hearing.
