1. DRI-464-M - Lagoon Ridge Subdivision, Oak Bluffs
Pre Application Review and Traffic Scope
Location: Double Ox Road (off Barnes Road), Oak Bluffs, Map 28, Lots 1 and 3
Proposal: Form B Preliminary Plan for a proposed subdivision of approximately 67.5 acres of land using cluster zoning to create up to 60 dwelling units.
Purpose:
• To hold a preliminary discussion about the proposal identifying issues that should be addressed.
• To review, modify if necessary, and approve the proposed scope of the traffic study.
2. DRI 485-M6 – Tisbury Market Place, Tisbury
Modification Review (Concurrence)
Proposal: To relocate the previously approved but not yet built 5,700 square-foot multi-use building and several parking spaces to accommodate a request from the Tisbury Conservation Commission.
Location: Beach Road, Tisbury Map 9-B Lot 19.18 and 19.19
Purpose: To make a recommendation to the full Commission as to the following:
• Whether the proposed modification is of regional importance and requires a public hearing, and
• Whether the proposed modification should be approved.
