Description:
This maps shows all the overlay zoning for Martha's Vineyard. Overlay zoning town zoning which is in addition to the standard zoning (i.e. B-I, B-II, R10, etc). Some of the overlay zones are considered DCPCs (Districts of Critical Planning Concern). There are unique building restrictions associated with each overlay zoning area. In addition, the DCPCs may require review by the MVC.
