To construct a three-story mixed-use building with an 8,400 sf footprint. The building will consist of two sections: (1) a mixed-use section on High Point Lane and (2) a warehouse in the back. The front section on High Point Lane will have a 1,680 sf footprint (28’ by 60’) comprised of office and storage on the basement level, a showroom on the High Point Lane ground floor, and two apartments on the 2" floor. The warehouse section in the back is open three stories to the ceiling with a 6,720 sf footprint (112’ by 60').
