Description:
Paul Foley will be the Martha’s Vineyard Commission’s new Development of Regional
Impact (DRI) Analyst and Planner.
Mr. Foley will work with Jo-Ann Taylor to coordinate the analysis and review of DRIs
by the Commission. He will also carry out other planning work with the Commission
including participating in the ongoing work with the six towns of the Island to
prepare Community Development Plans under the Commonwealth’s Executive Order
418.
